"Unfortunately room 618 is quite small. The refrigerator did not work. No air conditioner was available even though the temperature was warm. Hotel staff informed that winter rules applied for April. We had to open the windows and the street noise, including the train noise could be heard. We are regular customers of NH Hotels and this experience was extremely dissapointing. "

"Easy parking. Remember this is an efficiency so nothing but the essentials: clean sheets, towels, toilet and shower. I suggest asking for a room at the back as it can get noisy out front! The breakfast is great so take the breakfast. Finding a sitdown restaurant within walking which is open before 8pm is tough. Locals are quite reserved like Parissians!"

"Central location, walkable to casco viejo, comfortable rooms, free EV charger onsite so we can charge overnight. "

"All was good plenty of parking don't know if its safe as its very open just luck i suppose. Not impressed with the breakfast not much choice any food that was supposed to be hot was cold no microwave, the bacon was not cooked along with the tomatoes (they were the only hot food offered) "

"This boutique hotel is owned and managed by a husband and wife team whose attention to detail is evident throughout the property. At check‑in, they walked me through the history of the building and the extensive renovation they undertook themselves. The rooms were spotless, beautifully appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. The property sits in a quiet, peaceful setting, yet it’s only about a 15‑minute drive to Vitoria."

"The hotel is being used for the council for conflictive families. Man smoking smelly herbs in the main door. It was not pleasant. It is a real shame since it is a great location and the room itself, and service were great. U just want feel safe to stay/sleep."

"Fantastic value for money. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bedroom we had was a little small but modern and super clean. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was modern and the shower was powerful. It's basic but fine for an overnight stay. The underground parking was easy to locate and manoeuvre in unlike some hotel car parks. Secure and reasonably priced."
