"The breakfast was fabulous. Everything else was disappointing. The hotel was very busy and a bus had dropped off a group of guests. They had two receptionists to check everyone in and the li e was 5 deep. Once I got my room assignment, it took me another 15 minutes to catch an elevator because one of the three elevators was out of service. The pool was a disaster. Dirty, wet towels overflowing, trash everywhere, cloudy water. I know they are renovating to pool soon, but cleaning is still helpful. The rooms are fine, a little worn out."
