"We had an amazing time everything from the transfers to and from the airport to the hotel, to the hotel itself just couldn’t fault anything. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and they were so friendly. This was the first time going all inclusive we couldn’t have chosen a better place the food was so nice and so much choice. The hotel was very clean and tidy the grounds were well maintained. We will be staying here again in the future."

"Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff who can’t help you enough. Good quality food options and lovely pools"

"Very good and family friendly experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, overall an excellent stay. The only complaint would be that dinner at 2 of the 4 restaurants felt a little like a conveyor belt where the priority seemed to be getting us fed and out as quickly as possible rather than having us enjoy the dining experience. With that said the experience at the other 2 restaurants was excellent."

"Fantastic location with its own set of private coves. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were attentive and welcoming. Great to watch the sunrise and sunset."

"Very nice hotel, friendly personnel, renovated and updated rooms with spacious new style bathrooms. Great beach and pools. "

"Location and views from this hotel were great. Staff very helpful and attentive."

"We loved our stay at Seascape! Everyone was so helpful with our stay! The staff is very friendly and willing to show you around the area! We will definitely be back in the future."

"An excellent place to stay in a stunning location. It’s a family run hotel/suites and that comes through in the personal and friendly service. Highly recommended."

"Was beautiful, breakfast was lovely and staff were kind."

"Beautiful location, clean rooms and very helpful staff."

"Great place for an experience of a local village stay . Great friendly staff . Only about 20 minutes from the centre of Hereklion. Clean and well maintained"

"A very nice clean hotel with an excellent breakfast."

"We stayed at the Syntopia Hotel for our summer holiday. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they put in extra effort to get to know you and ensure you are having a lovely holiday. A few days into our holiday, they were automatically bringing our favourite drinks to our table at meal times which was very lovely! The food had such a good variety with a different focus every other night. We particularly enjoyed the Asian night. We would recommend staying at the Syntopia to everyone!"

"The property was very clean and well maintained. All of the staff were extremely friendly. Overall the food was very good. Not at all the properties fault but it rained 2 of the 4 days we stayed at this resort. A lot of this resorts amenities (ping pong, full size chess) and even some of the a la carte restaurants do not operate when it's raining. And with everyone needing to be inside, the common area's felt a bit cramped."

"Great location with excellent food "
