The breakfast was incredible with an assortment of delicious homemade baked goods and a variety of hot food options. All staff members at this hotel were professional, friendly and helpful. "

"Overall this was a very nice hotel and we had a pleasant stay. Every staff member that we spoke to was very nice and helpful with any question that we had. They all spoke very good English and were polite with my terrible Italian. :) Raquela at the front tlesk in the mornings had AMAZING restaurant recommendations. Marissa, at the front desk in the evenings, was not only nice and helpful but also remembered my wife and I by name after only one day. While the first room we received had an air conditioning unit that did not work and needed some repairs, the staff was quick to send someone to check it out and then quick to give us a different room. I will personally plan to stay here on my next visit to Bologna."
