Our room was comfortably sized, clean, and well maintained, with a lovely view of the water and a balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the river, which made our stay especially relaxing. The restaurant is spacious, elegant, and well designed, and the staff there were truly outstanding. The food selection was varied and consistently very good, making each meal enjoyable. A special highlight was the opportunity to chat with the hotel’s General Manager, Mr. Tuan—a true gentleman with an impressive sense of service and professionalism.
