Nel letto, in doccia, sul divano, per terra! Ma la cosa che mi ha shockato di più è che quando l’ho fatto presente non ho ricevuto neanche un euro di rimborso! "The apartment was big and clean but lacked a few simple things like a second key to access the property and our big let down was a broken toilet seat which stabbed us regularly drawing blood. despite notifying them as soon as we arrived. The bathroom was small and hot water ran out regularly but apart from this the apartment was in a nice location and was comfortable for our stay and the amenities although basic were suitable as we stayed out most of the time. "Room was spotless, with a beautiful view of a small plaza and a partial view of Piazza Maggiore. We stayed for one night only, but would definitely come back! Room was charming and perfect in size for two people. It even had a little sitting/dining area. Sheets were crisp, mattress and pillows comfy. An ample breakfast in a beautiful historic room. Polite staff. Overall a great experience from the get go! "
