Antwerp hotel rooms a the Leonardo Hotels

"Great no frills hotel. Very central. Clean big functional room with comfortable bed. Only issue was luggage storage which did not feel particularly secure - check in machine gives you key to luggage room where you can leave your bags, but it is entirely unmonitored. Otherwise highly recommended."

"Room was very big and clean with great storage space. Beds was comfy but pull out vet was awful. Stayed 4 nights, asked for housekeeping and was told they couldn’t. So we had it scheduled for the day before we left and they showed up at like 4:30 PM to do it after we had been gone all day. Asked front desk 5 times for different items, towels, remove trash, etc and not once did they do any of it. I used the message app to talk to them and the never even replied. Worst service I’ve ever had a hotel and it’s a shame because it’s a great room and location."

"Ok stay. Arrived after check-in time but room wasn’t ready — seemed to be a pattern with others waiting in the lobby. Room was clean, staff friendly. But room not ready and no attempt to rectify this means I can’t in good conscience recommend a stay here."
