Exceptional stay

We had an amazing experience in Antwerp. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even giving us a great recommendation for dinner. The breakfast had many selections and it was kept well supplied.

Excellent stay

Hotel well located by the railway station but only 15-20 minutes walk to the centre. Room not very large but very clean and fully acceptable. Breakfast was very good offering both hot and cold choices. Reception staff friendly and efficient. Highly recommended especially if arriving by train.

Lovely hotel. Staff friendly and welcoming. Location perfect. The family room was massive and the kids loved sitting at the big window watching the train station. Breakfast was well presented with good options. Parking wasn't very clear but we found another option which was close by and only 20Eu

It’s a hotel, you expect room service every day, however no room service due to a public holiday and no room service on a Sunday! Hotel needs a good clean and some painting. Carpet in room grubby. Towels ok but could be better. With no room service and damp towels, we were expected to go to reception for new towels. Loo roll not replaced, corridors/room not hoovered. Staff seemed to think it’s usual not to work in a hotel on a holiday! Breakfast very disappointing. Poor fruit salad, mainly chopped apple! No fresh decaf coffee, very concentrated orange juice. Overall disappointing and not Hilton quality. Had stayed here 2 years ago and it was much better. Location good for centre of Antwerp.
