Since you advertised it as a hotel or suite, I expected different amenities."

"The property was nicely located in Polanco near lots of shopping and restaurants. There was an unfortunate incident where the staff entered my unit without knocking or permission and came all the way into the bedroom. I’m sure it isn’t an ongoing issue but the staff needs some training. "
