Otelde konaklayamadim. Aksam 6 bucukta vardigim otelde rezervasyonuma bakmadiklarini, yer olmadigini soylediler. Aksam 10da bir odanin bosalma ihtimalinin oldugunu oyle alcaklarini soylediler. Aksam 9da aradilar odadaki misafirin bosaltmayacagini soylediler. Baska bi otel ayarlamalarini soyledim. Oteli ayarladilar. Gunluk 150 tl kahvalti yok. Parayi kim odiycek dedim siz dediler. Bu otele geri odemesiz 2 gun 200 tl otel kahvalti rezervasyon yapmistim. Otel ayarlamalari boyle oldu. Otelin ucretini odiyim dedim resepsiyon kredi karti gecmio bizde dedi. Kemerde gece vakti kapi kapi otel bulmak icin dolasmak zorunda kaldim. Hata yaptilar, hatalarini telafi etme sekline bakin. Neresinden tutsan facia. Tabi isin baska yonu saat ondan sonra hotels com musteri hizmetlerine ulasamiyosunuz. Paranizla rezil olmayin!

Our booking was canceled on the day of our arrival and no one bothered to alert us (hotel and travel agency hotels.com). Clearly not a good way to keep customers
