"Overall lovely stay, fantastic location, amazing views, rooms and facilities were lovely.
Unfortunately we had an incident where 2 parasols blew over onto me whilst walking by the pool, hitting me on the back of the neck.
I was given ice.
I enquired about writing an accident report for health and safety reasons ( we had several witnesses).
The manager said that they don’t do this but I would have needed to go to the hospital to get an official report if they were tp document this.
At that time I did not feel this was needed.
Surely following this,,a risk assessment would be carried out for their own hotels insurance.
Real lack of compassion towards my welfare and therefore safety of any other guests. Unfortunate"
