Just wanted budget accomodation and was surprised that facilities were so good and that place was clean quiet and comfortable which is what you need after a days sightseeing Room was small but you cannot win them all

rien à dire sur l'ensemble, très bien pour le personnel. par contre, revoir pour la vétuste de l'établissement, exemple, pour fermer une porte qui coulisse avec le pied, tapisserie arracher, bois de terrasse pas entretenu, chariot de linge ne doit pas être vu par la clientèle quand on passe dans le couloir des chambre. . Die Anlage liegt nur ca. 5 min fußläufig vom Strand und Atlantik entfernt. Die Zimmer nach vorne haben direkten Atlantik-Blick. Abends gutes Unterhaltungsprogramm, es werden täglich geführte Ausflüge angeboten. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles sauber und in Ordnung. Zu erwähnen ist, dass die Zimmer Recht klein sind und keine Klimaanlage haben. Insgesamt absolut zu empfehlen.

Toute la residence est assez ancienne. La chambre est munuscule etctres mal agencée. Il n'y a que 3 prises electriques dont une dans la salle de bain et une pour la tv. La derniere est defectueuse... Seule la vue est spendide car nous avons paye un supplement

Séjour à éviter si possible

Hôtel très vétuste, avec un grand besoin d’être refait. Installations pénibles, états de chambres et sales de bains avec le minimum. La taille de chambre et salle de bain pour un séjour en couple est loin d’être acceptable. 311€ pour deux nuit en demi-pension avec telles prestations est un abus.

Pas terrible

Personne à la réception à notre arrivée à 19h20. La réception ferme à 19h, la clé de la chambre etait dans un panier derrière le bar, personne au bar, aucune indication pour trouver la chambre. Les volets ferment mal, pas de place pour mettre les valises. Belle vue et bon emplacement. C’est dommage.

Equipe au top. Merci a Théophane, Nino, Charlène, Mathieu et tous les autres qui ont rendu notre séjour fantastique. Le directeur Peter est très à l'écoute et disponible. De nombreuses activités et visites proposées gratuitement tous les jours afin de vous faire découvrir et profiter du pays basque. Des chambres propre et un cadre magnifique. Ma belle mère et moi sommes ravis ! On recommande a 💯%

Un très bon séjour..... Les équipes sont très sympathique La chambre est de petite taille et simple.... Le balcon vue mer très agréable même si une 2eme chaise serais agréable pour s'assoir a 2.... La cabine de douche est très étroite a déconseiller au personne corpulente. La nourriture au restaurant est très bonne...pas un grand buffet mais une cuisine de qualité L'absence de clim peut en été être compliquée

Rapport qualité prix correct

Pour le prix je dirais que c'est correct vu la situation. Malgré tout, on a plus l'impression d'être en colo que dans un hôtel. L'isolation n'est pas ouf, la chambre petite mais cela suffit en revanche la salle de bain difficile de se tourner sans se cogner. Niveau propreté c'est limite (poil sur les toilettes..) De bon points sur les animations proposées chaque jours et les activités possible (terrain de tennis, de basket, piscine, ping pong etc ..) et sur la vue de la chambre.

Vue splendide, etablissement bien situé, personnel sympathique... mais le confort des lits n est pas au top, la propreté est pas au top, l etablissement est vieillot. Notre chambre face mer, n etait pas tres bien isolée et nous avons eu froid. Et les chambres sont tres petites.

El alojamiento normal, pero poca atención en la limpieza de las habitaciones, sin cambios de toallas en 6 dias que estuvimos, ni papel higienico. Hablando de la comida, poca variedad en el desayuno y si tienes alguna intolerancia o alergia (como es el caso de uno de nosotros. Celíaca) no estan muy al tanto del tema. Incluso un día tuvimos un pequeño susto porque al principio nos afirmaron que un plato no contenía gluten y luego nos dimos cuenta que podría llevar soja, preguntamos y nos afirmaron que sí. Eso no nos dio mucha confianza.En definitiva lo único bueno a destacar la ubicación cerca de la playa y pueblo.

Kamer was zeker niet een van de grootste. Badkamer was mini mini, de deuropening was eerder een halve deur. Het hotel in het algemeen heeft er al wat jaartjes opzitten. Wel heel rustig gelegen en geen last van hinder of lawaai.
