Less than expected

Front desk service was good. Daily maid service for changing towels or taking trash out wasnt done and later found out its only on request. Bathrooms had a foul oder that wouldn't go away even leaving windows open didn't help.

Overpriced , lacks amenities , Should be 1500 peso

I have stayed at about 30 hotels in Philippines in last 2 years and this was most disappointing, can't think of anything good to say except the room was clean, ceiling fan was good,room size was decent. The negatives: I paid about 3400 pesos $66 before taxes-way overpriced for what you get....yes its in nice area(clark), but you cant overcharge so much just for area you need to have amenities too. -Wifi was great for about 2 hours, then stopped working, I probably hit data limit or network down, router was cheap cd-r king. -A/c unit remote is in chinese so I dont know how to change setting, it has LED lights that shine down into bed. -Shades on windows arent good enough to keep out light. -No instant coffee in room, just cup noodles, a chocolate bar and condoms -strange...also beer in fridge and water but no price list. -Mirror very low to ground, I couldnt see my head or shoulders. -My unit was behind a main door along with another unit and my door lock was broken, so if there had been anyone in next door unit they would be able to walk into my room, alerted maintenance and never followed up...good thing that other unit was vacant for the night. -Showerhead was missing front piece, I turned it on and entire showerhead shot off and sprayed water all over me and bathroom since no shower curtain or glass between shower and rest of room. -Old outlets and no adapter, so i couldnt plug in charger. -Breakfast ends at 9:30, why not 10? They trying to save money.

Need a refund.

Can I have a refund. The hotel said they emailed you that they do not anymore accept on line reservation prior to my confirmation of reservation. This they told me on the day of check in. In the end, me and my family had to find another hotel.
