Probably the best affordable option in Angeles
Brand new hotel withing walking distance of Fields. The hotel is spotless clean, inside the room and in the common areas. Friendly staff too. Amazing mattress (Queen size but so comfortable). The free breakfast is a nice touch, although I found the quality so-so. The fruit juice is a well below average sugary drink, the assorted bread (listed as such on the menu) is a kind of chewy white roll "airplane style", bacon was not available (it's one of the 3 choices to partner the eggs). They could do much better on this. But for everything else, I'd give a 10/10.
