My room was great. Had a superior balcony which gave me a little nook in the room with a table and 2 chairs. Outside my door was a porch with table and chairs to have our meals where we could sit for hours.

The outside of the Hotel doesn't do the inside justice. The Clarkton is a very nice hotel. Does need a bit of refreshing. Standing outside on the balcony shows the small details that need to be done to make it look better. Enjoyed the view of the mountains. Staff was very nice and respectful.

I was able to secure a flight back to the US 4 nights earlier than original flight, asked the desk clerk if I could get refunded the difference of the remaining 4 nights (booked for 6) the reply was to asked Expedia since I booked through them. This seem odd, since the hotel received the payment. In any case the service was lackadaisical, bellboy was inappropriately dressed for the morning shift, the towels and beddings were threadbare and needed replacement years ago.

딱 가격만큼만

4인 가족이 머물 수 있는 킹베드 2개인 곳을 선택했는데 룸 갯수가 많지 않고 도로쪽이라 시끄러워서 잠을 잘 수가 없어요. 안쪽은 그나마 조용하다던데 ㅠ 매트리스도 가운데 꺼져있고 리모델링이 시급히 필요합니다. 그냥 가격만큼이고 그이상 만족은 놉!! 레이트 체크아웃은 3시까지만 가능해요. sm몰 무료셔틀 다니지만 3시부터 5시까지 3번이라 좀 아쉽네요

절대 다시는 안옵니다

화장실 샤워 수압도 너무 약하고 객실 내부에 벌레도 너무 많아 살충제 요청해서 뿌려여했고 외부 도로에서 소음도 도로쪽 객실이 아님에도 너무 심해 수면에 너무 지장이 많습니다. 레스토랑 운영도 호텔과 별도이고 레스토랑 불만사항도해결이 안되고 한국인 매니저도 너무 비상식적이고 불쾌하게 응대하고 다시는 이곳에서 숙박안합니다.

24시간 레스토랑 ~ 음식이 전부 맛있어요. 수건이나 시트 등은 좀 낡았지만 전체적으로 깔끔합니다. 엘리베이터가 없어서 케리어를 들고 오르고 내려가야하는 불편함은 있었습니다. 입구 왼쪽으로 편의점이 1~2분 거리(바로 옆)있어서 더욱 좋았습니다.

Has Potential.

This Hotel has undergone some refurbishment during the Pandemic and looks good for it. The restaurant is clean and the food was very nice, in particular the Pizza which was one of the best I have had in the Philippines. What let it down was the the room. Whilst spacious and comfortable, our bathroom had no cold water at the sink (possibly the valve was closed off but could not check that) and the shower was quite old and in need of repair/replacement. We also found some bugs in the bed as did our friends who were also staying there in a different room. Reception were quite surprised by this and said they would be rectifying it. I hope they do as this has the potential to be one of the better hotels in Clark.
