This hotel is extremely awesome! Great location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and it has an awesome restaurant with live music on the roof top with a spectacular view of the beautiful city of Andradas! I had a fabulous stay and cannot wait to go back and visit again! I recommend this charming hotel to everyone who travels to Andradas which is a fabulous city to visit in Brazil!

Fizemos ótima escolha pelo hotel, próximo de algumas vinícolas e produção de azeites, queijo e café. Além de alguns minutos de caminhada até a rua gastronomica . Fiquei no 1* andar lateral , sem barulho. Equipe boa e solicita. Quarto espaçoso com mini cozinha sem microonda. ESTACIONAMENTO , atenção carro com altura acima de 1,85cm, não entra. A pickup [offroad] ficou estacionada ao lado no lava jato , onde o hotel tem acordo, quando deixei fique apreensiva por causa dos equipamentos dentro do carro, mas ficou com segurança portão trancado....

O hotel teria potencial, mas fica prejudicado por algumas coisas simples e outras mais complicadas de serem resolvidas... Coisas simples: o tamanho do sobre lençol é pequeno para o tamanho do colchão; o porta papel higiênico fica nas costas e na altura da nuca (impossível utilizar); a saboneteira do box é muito alta (quase 1,70 metros de altura), e por fim o ar condicionado (pelo menos o do quarto 213) não refrigera. E o mais complicado de resolver é a completa falta de isolamento acústico (você ouve até as conversas dos quartos vizinhos, e tudo que acontece nas ruas próximas).

Boa estadia. Hotel com instalações novas. O quarto era confortável e limpo. Fácil check-in. Pontos a melhorar: café da manhã (há bem poucas opções); estacionamento (dificuldade em conseguir estacionar, tive que ficar rodando pra ir até a portaria pra saber onde estacionar); microondas para esquentar a mamadeira da minha filha tinha disponível apenas no térreo, no refeitório dos funcionários, não faz sentido.

O primeiro quarto que nos colocaram era debaixo da cozinha do restaurante e era impossível dormir com o barulho que ia até depois de 23h e começava bem antes das 6am. Fora o barulho da rua que entrava todo no quarto (ou seja, não tem vedação acústica). Reclamamos e nos colocaram em outro menor, mas silencioso. Mas o ralo do chuveiro não dava conta e a água transbordava um pouco no banheiro. Café razoável. Boa localização e limpeza.
