A fantastic place to stay after arriving at Santander on the first night of our biking trip. On the gateway of the Pyrenees where we will be staying the next two nights. Staff attentive, warm and welcoming. Thoroughly recommend - excellent value for money - free underground secure parking

Large room with balcony overlooking the square. The shutter would not close so had to pin a blanket up but it decided to work in the morning!🤔 I asked for 2 extra pillows several times but they never appeared. Couldn't get heating to work so was quite chilly. No kettle. Bar had reasonable priced food and breakfast good. Free underground parking a bonus but limited spaces.

Mi estancia en el Hotel Villa de Andosilla ha sido extraordinaria, de esas que se recuerdan con cariño. Desde el primer momento se percibe que este hotel está gestionado con dedicación, respeto y un profundo sentido de la hospitalidad. Las instalaciones están impecables, el ambiente es tranquilo y acogedor, y cada detalle transmite profesionalidad y buen gusto. El aire acondicionado funcionaba de maravilla, algo que se agradece muchísimo, y el parking es amplio, cómodo y muy práctico, perfecto para llegar y moverse sin complicaciones. El equipo humano es, sin duda, el corazón del hotel: Paqui , La dueña, siempre cercana, amable y pendiente de que todo funcione a la perfección. Su implicación se nota en cada rincón. Mari José , Profesional, atenta y con un trato exquisito. Su forma de atender transmite confianza y serenidad. María , Amabilidad pura. Siempre con una sonrisa y dispuesta a ayudar en lo que haga falta. Marcial , Creo que así se llama; en cualquier caso, su trabajo es impecable. Atento, resolutivo y con una actitud ejemplar. Feli , El cocinero, un auténtico maestro. Sus platos tienen ese toque casero y especial que convierte cada comida en un momento para disfrutar. Gracias a ellos, mi estancia ha sido inolvidable. La limpieza, el servicio, la comida, el confort y la atención personalizada superaron todas mis expectativas. Sin duda, volveré y recomendaré el Hotel Villa de Andosilla a familiares y amigos.
