"Everything was excellent except the area to use the Jacuzzi needs privacy. My husband and I booked a time to relax and was not able as next to the us the staff was having a meeting and everyone could see us NO PRIVACY at all, not good at all. Otherwise the staff was very professional, attentive to our needs and what we wanted, they were extremely nice. Hotel has good breakfast , the nice room was always clean. In a convenient area as well. Close to Provenza, literally a block away. Beautiful view as wellLoved it Will recommend"

"This was our second time staying at the NH Collection Hotel, and once again, everything was wonderful. The hotel is lovely inside and out, and the location is absolutely perfect - only 2 blocks from the huge Santa Fe Shopping Mall. Our room and bathroom were very comfortable and spotless, and the housekeeping staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast was excellent every morning, as was the restaurant staff. We particularly appreciated Daisy and Diego keeping our coffee cups filled every morning. We also had dinner at the restaurant on the evening of our arrival, and both the food and the service were excellent. The thing that made our stay most enjoyable was the attention given by the staff. Upon getting out of the taxi, everyone at the hotel greeted us with a cheerful "Welcome Back!" Jorge, the bellman, was eager to grab our bags and take them to our room and make sure we were happy with our accommodations. Jose and Indira at the front desk were so friendly and helpful with every request we made! We so much enjoyed playing the piano in the lobby. We also very much appreciate the bellman, Miguel, helping us with a restaurant reservation, and it's so nice that Ricardo, the hotel manager, frequently walks through the hotel, warmly greeting guests. This hotel holds a very special place in our hearts, and we give it our highest recommendation!"
