"Where to start. No pool - wasn't aware. No secured WiFi. No elevator. Dogs all night long. Trains all night long. Lounge/rest. Closed - wasn't aware. Had no idea of the $50 gift card as wasn't asked at check in if members and offered it, went the next morning n was told too late since we checked in the night before. Hotel is a mess but the staff was nice "

The staff was awful he said that I reservation was not paid for through Hotel.com, he gave me a bill stating that I needed to pay. Fortunately, I had my confirmation and receipt. He still disputed it and told me he would have to let his manager look into the matter. I told me when I was leaving the hotel that he still had my bill information. I didn’t trust him with my credit card information. I will not stay there anymore."
