"The lady at check-in was super nice! She was also accommodating to changing our room to floor 1 due to our luggage...as the idea of lugging stuff up the stairs in drizzle...no thank you. Beds are comfy with 4 pillows!!!!"
"This was a wonderful quick anniversary getaway. The entire staff at the Ritz made it so special. We did a couples massage at the spa and it was lovely and they also had a special anniversary gift for us. Once we got back from the spa the surprises kept coming, a bottle of champagne was sent to our room. This hotel really knows how to make a special occasion feel even more special. "
