"Where to start - we stayed here for a few days before our cruise and during our stay 15 cars were vandalized by someone who slashed tires , our room wasn’t cleaned once, there was hair in the shower, the train is right outside and wakes you up at all hours of the night and I could go on and on but ..."

"The furnishings were very dated and the in room carpet was so old and dirty looking, we were nervous about walking on it. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and everything in the room was functional. The staff were not helpful and did not volunteer any information."

"It was ok. We had the junior suite and it was roomy enough with a pretty nice bathroom and shower. For 6 nights it was $2,500, which was definitely not worth what we had. There was no continental breakfast, and the hotel was not fancy like I thought it would be for the price we paid."
