Staff were very helpful. Hotel needed TLC. Room itself was ok. The bathroom however was below any standard I would expect. It never felt clean. The shower would spray water everywhere. It definitely didnt feel clean.

This stay was completely unacceptable and a major decline from our visit two years ago. We booked two Executive King rooms, both of which failed basic hygiene and comfort standards.
