I love the boutique atmosphere in this hotel. The owner decorated this hotel herself. I’ve stayed here 4 times. The staff are some of the nicest people I’ve met in Amman, even the hotel owner. Extremely respectful and pleasant staff that are always smiling. This place definitely delivers comparative service to luxury hotels. The price is great, they food is really good. The elevator works But there are 2 big staircase are more convenient as they go right to the rooms on all floors, and they are spacious staircase. I just really like the feeling of this place.

The rooms were nice but felt like they have been smoked in abit. Good with AC and safetybox. Really friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast with omelette on demand, foul, bread and cereals. People were up and about super early which disturbed our sleep abit because you could hear it in to the room.

We spent one night before leaving for a trek to Petra. The hotel is fine. I wouldn't call the staff particularly helpful. We asked for restaurant suggestions for dinner. We weren't interested in the buffet and were directed to a street with Jordanian fast food. We eventually found a good local place by asking in a shop. The breakfast buffet had a variety of food and was fine.

The staff is, not so much and a bit slow. An incident happened while I was there, that one of the staff, probably a 18 year old kid, opened my room and got into it while i was inside "By mistake", while the "Do not disturb" sign was on the door. Also i ordered a hookah and a chicken tenders plate for dinner at their restaurant, and it took 45 minutes to prepare my dinner. WOW!! The doors and not sound proof, so i was on the 4th floor, and can hear the people talking on the lobby, plus they have maintenance on site that was all day long. I needed to sleep and it never happened!!!!
