Good location, but still needs improvement

We stayed in the new tower, which had been remodeled. Although the bed and furniture in the room was good, the bathroom did have issues. The drain the tub would not drain properly, the button to flush the toilet had come undone and maintenance had to come to our room to fix it. We also had problems with the a/c not properly cooling. Internet was charged at 10 Jordanian Dinars for two devices (24 hours)

NEVER EVER AGAIN! I am very disappointed. I regret I booked a room at this hotel. I arrived after midnight (with giving the hotel late arrival notice), when I got there, I waited at the service counter more than 12 minutes. The receptionist then told me that there is not a room for me! Although I booked a non smoking room with King Bed. He said all rooms are smoking, and al he can do is to try to find a twin bed in a handicap accessible room on the floor level. After waiting another 30 minutes, he failed to find anything, yet, he kept asking me to wait and not to worry ... so, after 38 hours of travel time, I was very exhausted, I asked to talk to the manager, he told me that he is the manager .. hehe ... So, I realized that it is truly a 1 star hotel or may be 2 stars, and I left and waited on the main road after 1 am and luckily found a Taxi, I started looking for a hotel, and I found one around 2:15AM.

Reception staff lovely the rest of service very poor you have to pay the tip to get good service the price for drink very expensive Bottle of water £1.50 on swimming pool bottle of beer £9.50 the prices different every day the price on menu with out tax if you find the menu very disappointed.

Hi, I got to sleep at Amman one night and it was impossible for me to sleep incredibly. The room they gave me was next to the hotel nightclub and I couldn't sleep at all. I asked for a change of room and they were pure negatives. Another hotel and the answer was I DO NOT expect expedia to refund my money when someone goes to a hotel is to rest and NOT to be listening to music and screaming all night
