The staff was super helpful and courteous. The room and public areas were superb. We did not use the pool but the area was neatly kept and very attractive (brightly colored and well lit). The hotel is located in a safe area, surrounded by woods, and overlooking the Connecticut River.

Clean room and common spaces, very kind and accommodating staff, and ample amenities to make the stay comfortable. Been staying here during holidays for 25 years now. Love the remodel!

Staff were attentive. Room was small but a very functional layout. The walls were paper thin but during quiet hours it was fine.

Residence Inn Springfield Chicopee
The rooms were clean, large, and comfortable! We loved our stay here and will definitely be returning. All of the staff were also amazing and the hot breakfast is a great plus. Convenient location with lots of parking.
