"The apartments were fantastic, a real sense of quality, and even with other rooms around you it felt very private. We opted for a lake view and I'm so glad we did - with panoramic views of the lake from large glass windows/doors. The space itself was excellent with a large living area and a small but useful kitchen area. "Found this place absolutely delightful, and wish I had booked 2 days so I could explore what looked like a lovely town.. Room was lovely, clean, comfortable. My only "issues" were 1. The parking is on road parking, which is fine, but you could end up parking quite far down the road like I had to. 2. The stairs. I battle with stairs and there were 4 flights to get up to my room. So, if like me you battle with stairs, this isn't ideal for you. But otherwise, absolutely delightful!"

"The first room (No. 20) that we were placed in was disgusting. There was black mould in one corner of the room, the bathroom door did not close as it was swollen with water, there were burn marks on the sink and half of the shower control was broken. This room should not be used in its present condition. However, after a quick chat with Expedia, we went down to reception and were given another room (no 55) this room was good although there were still burn marks on the sink and floor. Neither of the rooms were soundproofed, the hotel description said they were. It is a very basic hotel probably only suited to an overnight stay. "
