"The most spectacular two room apartment! Beautiful windows around bedroom. Loved having kettle & bar fridge. Parking convenient. Fantastic location in city centre. Staff very helpful. TV should have "Smart" access - YouTube, etc. Breakfast silly expensive! Our healthy breakfast from local minimart just 5 Euros Instead of 42! Münster is beautiful!"

"Parking was easy. Self check-in was simple, but plenty of staff on hand. Rooms were pristine and the historic nature of the location was on display. Plenty of restaurants nearby and an easy 30min walk to central Münster. "

"No AC on the room but with the cool weather, i was able to use the fan and opened the window, until the noisy construction started tk wake you up. They promised to look into the AC but noone came to give me an update if the ac was indeed broken or if they had fixed it (still used outside air and fan to avoid disappointment) Breakfast was the same thing everyday. No wifi and poor cell service in my room 307. I had to work from the lobby so i can get wifi for my laptop and to get on zoom calls. Very inconvenient "

"Very clean, extremely quiet and comfortable, friendly helpful staff and a nice bar area open late. Very accessible to shops, restaurants and train station and lots of parking options. I would definitely consider ibis for future stays. "

"Unfriendly staff, unclear check-in instructions as well as unclear parking arrangements. We arrived when it was dark, and were not admitted into the building, and were sent to look for the Hotel without further guidance. This was not appreciated as were tired after a long car journey with 2 children. Nothing extra was available to us as we were not in the main hotel, and we had to search for things such as toilet paper, clean cups, and tea mugs. - Check-in instructions in more than one language would be much appreciated. - Finally, location: A car is essential! We knew this in advance, but good for others to know that this hotel is 20-30 minutes drive from Münster city center. "

"We stayed at room 503 in the annex, which was noisy at night due to the neighbour and had the tiniest shower. The room really felt 3 stars, not 4. The hotel is far away from the city and its restaurant had a limited offer."
