Everything is clean and works fine, except a weak cellphone signal (not to blame the hotel), but also some problems with the WiFi (worked on Laptop, but didn't connect my Android-Cellphones). There's no A/C in the hotel, so make sure, if you stay there during hot summer days, to a room with a window to the east side. Excellent breakfast!

Hotel Renovierungsbedürftig, Service an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. z.B. bei der alten Duschkabine ist es für die Putzfrau unmöglich in den Ritzen und Rillen die Schwarzen flecken zu entfernen, Staubecken beim Teppich. Hier wurde lange nicht mehr investiert, das Frühstücksbuffet wird genauso betrieben.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Service war hervorragend. Die Betten waren für unsere Verhältnisse zu weich oder bereits durchgelegen. Plastikbecher als Zahnputzbecher sollten heutzutage vermieden werden. Wäre schön, wenn das geändert wird!

Geen mooie locatie, maar wel heel praktisch waar dit hotel ligt. Dicht bij toegangswegen en bij station. Voor bezoek aan Kerstmarkt in Münster ideaal! Prima kamers, goed ontbijt en vriendelijke service. Genoten!

It was winter. Booking was done much beforehand arrival but room was very cold and wet. The bad was also very cold and uncomfortable. We turn on heating on max but it was not enough to heat it even till morning. Suppose hotel staff must prepare room before guest’s arrival and do not freeze them

Vi blev modtage af en receptionist som var meget fraværende og med meget lidt øjenkontakt. Nærmest mekanisk og ikke særlig tiltalende. Hun ønskede os ikke godt ophold eller andet.

Moin, eigentlich würde ich zur Bewertung gerne mindestens acht Punkte geben, aber beim Einchecken wurde eröffnet: Frühstück bis 9:30 h statt 10:00 und Auschecken um 10 h statt 11:00 h also anders als in der Hotelbeschreibung bzw. im Zimmer ausgelegtem Hotelprospekt angegeben. Und angeblich wird das schon seit 5 Jahren so gehandhabt und wäre normal. Das geht gar nicht. Diese Info ist für viele Langschläfer/Urlauber für die Hotelwahl relevant und gehört "sichtbar" dargestellt.
