The staff were polite, helpful and nothing was too much to ensure your comfort. There are a range of shops in the vicinity offering wide selection of goods and eateries. Will definitely come back. "

"Hotel is so run down. Toilet was so bad. Breakfast was worse and staff in the restaurant were clueless or incompetent. We cancelled our return booking and switched to another hotel which was way more worth the money. "

"I stayed for an evening meal. I had the à la carte menu and had mango vegetarian curry. It was excellent. The gardens were splendid and I spent some time watching the green parrots flying around. It was a pleasure. I cannot fill this hotel. It was quite expensive but I expect this is to be expected for the quality and being in New Delhi it was about half an hour ride from the airport."

"Upon arrival at the hotel, as soon as we pulled over so that I can get out of the car, the front staff banged on my drivers door and asked him to move away from the entrance. This was because apparently a VIP was needing to get in their car. The staff didn’t bother to recognise the inconvenience caused and the second class treatment. I am sure Accor hotels don’t have this kind of standard and it’s only to be seen in India. So unfortunate but I will not be using or recommending this kind of guest service to anyone. Hotel staff failed to adhere to consistent client service."
