I had a difficult time reaching this property. Uber drivers were not willing to come close because the road leading to the place is very congested. I had to struggle a lot carrying my luggage to reach the property. However, the staff were very helpful and supportive, which I truly appreciated.

"Very decent for a short city break. Excellent location, central and well connected with Delhi Airport/metro. Staff was welcoming, I arrived on a bank holiday and they gave me a leaflet with everything that was open. Ability to store your luggage after check-out. Great wifi. Breakfast better than expected. Room basic but clean and comfortable. "

"Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near DelhiInternational Airport. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if Im back in Delhi"

Left too early for breakfast First room no second towel, burn holes on sheets but didn’t see dirt or blood as others reported. Had to ask for toilet paper, window opens to junk thrown out from hotel. Overhead shower placed dead center of the actual bathroom (no shower stall) Had paid for room with balcony/city view. Clerk said “but that would be ONLY on 2nd floor”-“No problem I said”- we moved - no towels but now we had toilet paper small metal rod balcony has view of dirty narrow city alley with maze of electric wires- place was quiet and free taxi to airport even for our very early flight- that was the best part! I know you get what you pay for but just be honest on the front end folks

Booked 2 rooms for family of 5. Pick‑up from the airport was terrible. They charged extra for the service and insisted on cash. Had to pay cash. No one spoke English, which made communication very difficult. The room was on the 4th floor with no elevator. The hotel is located on a remote street; even the Uber driver refused to go in, so we had to drag the luggage to the main road. Bedsheets were not clean. Bathroom had cigarette bits. Won’t recommend anyone to stay there.

For the price we paid, we didn’t expect much more. The area around the hotel is quite neglected and noisy, but it’s also part of experiencing that side of Delhi. The room had running water and air conditioning, although it wasn’t entirely clean. Still, the staff were extremely attentive and helped us at all times, which made a big difference.

The room seems to be clean but when I pull the blanket to sleep the sheets where dirty as well the towel where white one day the area where the hotel is located bad the street is with mud and is in a small street honestly I don’t recommended.
