"Business hotel for people working in or near the industrial estate. Basic bedding (quite aged) and amenities. Be clear which building you book as there are two separate buildings with one being on the opposite side of the road and you have to walk to the other one for breakfast."

"The service at the front desk was exceptional, it’s just a pity the property doesn’t live up to the images on the website. No lighting in the pool or gym at night making it feel unsafe. The lobby area is tidy enough, but the smell is not pleasant. The room itself is sufficient, the bed is VERY firm, the room we were in had an unpleasant odour for the duration of our stay, possibly linked to the plumbing. We bought products to try to nullify the smell, which helped a little but not enough. ...

"No bed covers provided. Pillows were plastic and like concrete. Door did not lock properly. Sofa was torn and had holes in it. No hot water from the shower."

The amenities were everything that we were looking for including the flatscreen TV that allow me to watch my Netflix and YouTube. These features are hard to find in comparable locations. The food was of good taste and had lots of variety. The shower and bath. In the bathroom or clean. And modern was good water pressure and a deep bathtub. "
