"The service at the front desk was exceptional, it’s just a pity the property doesn’t live up to the images on the website. No lighting in the pool or gym at night making it feel unsafe. The lobby area is tidy enough, but the smell is not pleasant. The room itself is sufficient, the bed is VERY firm, the room we were in had an unpleasant odour for the duration of our stay, possibly linked to the plumbing. We bought products to try to nullify the smell, which helped a little but not enough. ...

"I booked and already paid at 9:25 pm. Arrived at the hotel at midnight, there was no staff at the front. Tried to make a phone be call written there but there was no answer. Even though I left some message on SMS, they don't answer. Finally I drove home without staying in the rain. I don't think it's good as much as it should be."
