Check in lobby was old , dingy and needs serious updating. The room had a cracked tile at the door and didn't smell inviting. The door opened almost to the parking lot so I didn't feel safe.

Drury Inn & Suites Amarillo
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were excellent, and the *kickback* was great (from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.); the breakfast was good, too... ...but they need to put hand soap in the bathrooms and body lotion! Please!

Embassy Suites by Hilton Amarillo Downtown
Parking was weird, lady at front desk provided no help, breakfast was about as nice as Hampton inn, anything extra was expensive, good location, and clean. Don’t choose this location if breakfast is important.
