"We had a wonderful stay in this historic inn, a beautiful property and convenient location for exploring Amagasaki, Osaka, and Kobe. We will be coming back! "
"This is the worst HOTEL LiVEMAX I have stayed in. This is a Japanese hotel chain that mainly serves businessmen. I do not expect much from LiVEMAX hotels. My reservation was for two nights. I only stayed one night. Most "love hotels" are cleaner and nicer than this dump. Ignore any of the good reviews for this property."
"Beautiful and simple stay.. it was very easy to get to universal studios. Wouldn’t make this a long term stay given the area.. very local area. But if this place was in a main city I’d stay here everyday! "
"The place was nice and new. Fairly small but enough room for 6 of us to sleep comfortably. Lots of stairs and the 2nd and 3rd floors have the bedrooms. Nice sitting area on balcony (4th floor). Fairly conveniently located, within 10 minutes of various subway lines. 2 minutes to 7-11. "

"Booked the hotel specifically for Universal Studios. Convenient location in relation to the park and made the evening run much smoother not having to catch the train and make our way back after a long day at USJ. The train station was accessible and we were able to go into Osaka city easily"
"Pros: very convenient location from universal studios and Universal station. Very spacious rooms. Has all the toiletries you need. Shower, toilet and sink are all in separate rooms.
Cons: "
"Everything was efficient and clean. Just was confused by the system where they leave supplies at your door, like where to put dirty towels if fresh ones are left at the door. The lifts get crowded."
"Overall a good place to stay. Close to public transport and supermarkets. Lots of restaurants around too.
It’s further away than all the main attraction but it’s quite at night "
