"Room was spotless. Building is beautiful but it’s a classic so it has a few amusing clerks. The best aspect of this whole property is the STAFF!! 5 ⭐️ for them! "

"This Hotel is basic and rooms a little bit old but it is clean, there are not big amenities, so for a couple nights its working. Near from old town around 10 minutes walk however there are public transport in front . The receptionist are kind and helpful. The bed comfortable and heating was ok. I think the one bad thing it was shower door it was difficult to close."

"Very clean room. Good quite hotel. Restaurant on site. Short walk to mall with restaurants. Only reservation was not much around except the mall. But very accessible if you have own car. "

"Reception was highly unfriendly during check-in, keeping me about 15min and asking me about the price I paid for the room in EUR and not providing me with the room key, and not accepting the fact that room was already paid by me as the receipt was showing the CHF amount only. She was very aggressive, even though I stayed calm and repeating multiple times that I habe paid the room already and showing the receipt repeatedly, despite the fact that it was already 2am in the night and I was trying to check in after a 20 hours drive. This was my worst hotel experience ever."

"The room was clean and also small and tight..The TV would turn on and shut off on iits on in less than a minute. Thre was no ameneties other than the lobby breakfact area. "
