"The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. "Room was 4 star as expected but the resident facilities were none existent. There wasn’t any lounge seating in the lobby, shocking! There was no where to gather, chill or any hotel refreshment facilities. There was one public bar which was hugely successful and therefore rammed! We didn’t even try to get a drink. No room service on offer! Not what you expect from a hotel, might have well stayed in a room only! Breakfast was nice. Hotel restaurant was fully booked with locals. "
