"The room on the whole was fine and the beds were comfortable. The floor could have benefited from a clean. The seal on the shower cubicle leaked and we had a mini lake in the bathroom after each shower. Sadly the lift was out of order during our stay which made the getting to and from our room and the restaurant harder for me as I have osteoarthritis in both knees. "

"Very nice hotel. What made this a 5 star rating is the gentleman working the front desk at 0500. I was uncomfortable walking to the train station which is about a ten min walk, at that hour. I went to the ground floor to leave and there was a man standing outside the door looking very interested in getting in the hotel. I went back to the reception desk. I told the gentleman what I saw and that I wasn’t comfortable walking with luggage to the station. He checked the security camera and saw what I was talking about and immediately called a taxi. He then escorted me to the car and stayed until I was inside the taxi. Please send along my appreciation and thanks. Yeah, the cab was €10 but it was money well spent. "

"We had a great experience here. We utilized the train system and its within walking distance to the hotel. Roughly around 10 min walk. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful I. Giving recommendations on where to eat and shop. That area, is also walking distance from the hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was delicious. "

"Zimmer und Frühstück waren ok. Hauptgrund für die Buchung war der "Full-Service Spa Bereich", und mir ein Spa Bereich sehr wichtig war für den Aufenthalt. Nach Einchecken, wollte ich den Spa Bereich nutzen und mich von der langen Anreise (USA) etwas entspannen und musste feststellen, dass der Spa Bereich gespeert war. Ich bekam die information von der Rezeption, ich könne die Sauna im 150m entfernten Hotel benützen. Da ich jeden Tag 8-10 Stunden Klassen gebe, und nach getaner Arbeit mich nicht ständig komplett anziehen möchte, das Hotel verlassen muss, durch das Dorf zu laufen und nach der Sauna das gleiche wieder um zurück in das Hotel zu kommen, beschwerte ich mich an der Rezeption. Reaktion war nur ein Schulterzucken. Dann habe ich eine Email geschrieben, als Antwort kam wieder nur die Auskunft, Ich könnte die Sauna im anderen Hotel benutzen inklusive der Bitte mich am nächsten Tag and der Rezeption zu melden. Keine Entschuldigung für die Unanehmlichkeiten noch sonst irgendwas. Nächter Tag zur Rezeption, wo eine neue Dame war, die von der ganzen Angelegenheit nichts wusste. Ich erklärte, dass ich das ganze nicht akzektabel finde, dass ich vorab keine Inforamtion über den gespeerten Spa Bereich bekommen habe. Leider, hat die Situation den Aufenthalt ziemlich ruiniert, da ich mich jeden Tag über die Situation ärgern musste in die Sauna des benachbarten Hotels zu kommen, die im übrigens viel zu klein war (3 Personen Sauna) um Gäste aus 2 Hotels zu beherbergen."
