"We stayed for 5 days. Great staff and service. Specially from Mariano and Francesca. The private beach is perfect to relax. From this location we visited many places in Sicilia doing day trips. The view is stunning and very nice to have breakfast with this view. "

"Our booking was to include a balcony with chairs and a table. The room we were given only had a balcony a foot wide. We were booked in for four nights but they could not move us to a balcony room for two nights . We decided not to move as we would have to pack and unpack again. In compensation, the hotel gave us two nights dinner for free. The receptionist Carla did all she could to help us and has our thanks."

"The reception staff were kind and professional at check in and gave us good recommendations for dining options in the hotel. Our room was lovely, spacious and clean. We enjoyed a very tasty dinner in the main hotel restaurant where we were greeted by friendly professional staff. The meal was delicious. "

"The property and its views were amazing. Transportation getting to the resort from the airport was expensive. Expedia organized our flight from Toronto to Sicily requiring a ferry to cross then organize a shuttle at the harbour to the resort. This would have added hours and substantial cost to get to the resort. We reorganized so we flew from Toronto to Rome then Rome to Palermo reserving a shuttle at our expense to get to the resort."
