"Great hotel in a perfect location right on 5th Avenue in Naples, Florida, surrounded by some of the best restaurants in the area. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. The rooftop pool was awesome and a great place to relax, and the food was very good for a hotel restaurant. The staff was attentive and friendly throughout the stay. Another big plus is that the beach is only about a half mile away, making it an easy walk. The only drawback for me is that I’m a big gym person, and the fitness center felt a bit tired and could use an update. Other than that, it was a great stay and I would definitely come bac"

"Our room was clean; clean commode, shower, clean refrigerator and microwave, working A/C, working door locks, perky curtains, and wiped off furniture. There's places that need work, mostly paint touchup. The exterior were clean with no signs of riffraff. The woman working the front desk was very nice. We felt safe. Considering the very pricey places to stay in the area, we were very glad to find this place."

"Had to change rooms because of a smell of urine. Got a room in the back with the garden and pool and it was great. Close to downtown too. "

"Check in was easy, room was good at first glance. While laying in bed I rolled over and landed on something hard. Upon further investigation I realized there was a plastic clothes hanging tucked between the mattress and fitted sheet. That had me questioning whether someone actually changed the bedding from the last person or if they accidentally laid it on the mattress while cleaning and forgot it. Either way I was grossed out but too tired and it was so late when I found it I didn’t bother saying anything. "
