"Hotel felt old. It was similar to a motel in the US with room access from the outside. The pool and “spa” area was very small. The pictures made the pool look so big but in reality it was super small and dingy. Breakfast was really good though with a nice selection. Unfortunately we encountered a very unfriendly receptionist (the older lady) who was super inconvenienced by us checking in. Everyone else was friendly and efficient."
"We had a short one night stop here on a family vacation, which was perfect for a quick exploration of Colmar. I wish we had a little more time to explore but Cédric was very helpful and let us store luggage slightly before official check-in. We stayed in the Hollywood suite which was fun for the kids since we are from Los Angeles. We did not find the spa."
