"It is an older place, as you can tell when you say there. For the rate, it was fair. The front desk was friendly enough, but follow-through on requests was limited. I didn't get the extra towels (requested twice). I didn't get the handset on my phone replaced (it didn't work). The air conditioner condensation pipe dripped right into the sink while i was washing up (the was weird). Parking was easy, though. And it's easy to find right off the freeway. "

"Our stay was disappointing from the beginning. We arrived about 40 minutes early to check in, but the front desk was having issues with their system. We were told they had just switched to a new system, which was causing delays. Unfortunately, we had to get out of line multiple times and were not finally checked in until after 4 PM. Once we got to the room, there were several cleanliness and maintenance concerns. The bathroom had visible mildew/mold around the shower areas, dirty vents, rust and buildup on fixtures, damaged caulking, and signs of poor upkeep. The room also had stained/scuffed walls, worn furniture, and areas that did not appear properly cleaned or maintained. Staff did offer to clean the room further or move us after we reported the issues, which we appreciated, but by then we had already unpacked and settled in, making it very inconvenient to switch rooms. Overall, for the price paid, the experience did not meet expectations. I feel some type of discount, partial refund, or accommodation would have been appropriate considering both the delayed check-in and the condition of the room. Hopefully management improves both the customer service process and room quality moving forward."

"Staff very helpful, left my set of keys after checking out didn't realize till later. Called and they said house keeper will look for them. Found and called....luckily live local went and pick up keys from lobby. Price was reasonable. Room was clean, the bed mattress not very comfy only complaint but is a Motel 6 not a 5 start hotel."

" The place needs updating desperately. The sheets and towels were clean and crisp The pillows were comfortable. The bed was sagging. The furniture is filthy, chipped, and just gross. But hey, it was cheap. "

"The bathroom sink was not draining. No hand soap provided. We were told the maintenance team would not be around until the next day. I needed to check out the room by 11 a.m. I requested a functioning and clean room, it was around 11:30 p.m. when my room was switched. It was a hassle and very inconvenient."
