"Overall the experience was great. Room was clean and well put together. Bed was comfortable and the bathtub was great. My only issue(which is not horrible but interesting) is that the hotel hosts 2 full restaurants but there is no room service. There is a small corner coffee machine in the lobby and a snack shelf near the front desk with chips and cookies. There was a day where I wanted to sleep in and get food to the room and room service wasnt a thing. I think for a nice place to stay downtown the hotel is good. I would stay again but I know what to expect now."

"I chose this hotel for its price and convenient location near the airport, and it was exactly what I needed. I arrived around midnight and was picked up promptly by the complimentary airport shuttle. Just be aware that you'll need to call the hotel upon arrival so they can dispatch the shuttle. The ride to the hotel was quick, check-in was easy, and my room was spotless. The furnishings were comfortable, the bed was clean and cozy, and there were plenty of toiletries provided. I simply needed a place to sleep, freshen up, and head back out the next morning, and this hotel was perfect for that purpose. While there isn't a complimentary breakfast, coffee and tea are available, along with a small selection of frozen meals and snacks. I grabbed a tuna salad and crackers, which worked well to tide me over. One helpful tip: rideshare vehicles and taxis cannot pull directly up to the hotel entrance because the gate only allows guest vehicles to enter. If you're departing by Uber or taxi, plan to wheel your luggage out to the parking lot entrance to meet your driver. **Overall, this was a clean, comfortable, and affordable airport hotel with friendly service and an efficient shuttle. I'd gladly stay here again.**"

"Card key repeatedly failed to unlock the door to room 112. I had to get the card keys recharged several times. Even so, the door stayed locked after the green light flashed."

"We liked this hotel a lot! It’s very clean. The staff is friendly. The room was spacious and quiet. The breakfast is pretty good and there are enough choices. We were very happy… and I booked this hotel again for my next trip to Portland in few days."
