The people staying upstairs where very loud. Told the front desk multiple time and nothing was done about it. Door on utility would bang all night when air kicked in. Key didn't work at night for the pool. Was told I'd get extra reward points added and none where added.

Our room was immaculate! Staff was friendly. Our bed was comfortable and halls were quiet at night. I enjoyed the soaker tub and the nespresso! We will be returning soon!
