"Room has large kitchen, great walk-in shower, study, bedroom. Parking was a breeze. It is a short walk to downtown areas of Toluca. Breakfast was served to the room - great Mexican fruit cake and a nice pot of coffee. Really great."

"Despite a confirmed reservation that I showed at the reception desk, the receptionist said that it was not possible that we had a reservation, since they did not accept reservations through Expedia.
We had been looking forward very much to this glamping experience, but had to make a last minute reservation in another hotel.
Terrible experience."
