"Trotz Personalmangel hat sich das Hotel bemüht, das Einchecken so angenehm wie mögich zu machen. Restaurants und Bars zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Kleine, aber schöne Zimmer, gute Dusche. Tipp für das Putzpersonal: Unter dem Bett wischen, war voll Staub und ich habe eine leichte Stauballergie! Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal."

"We didn't expect too much. We arrived decently late and tried to call multiple times to check how late we could check in, the first 2x the phone was not answered. We were asked if we want to see the restaurant menu but were not informed when it closes so by the time we went to the restaurant the kitchen had closed and no warm dishes were available. "Hôtel offrant tout le confort nécessaire pour une étape à Aurillac. Nous sommes arrivés en dehors des horaires d’ouverture de la réception, mais les instructions claires de la gérante nous ont permis de prendre facilement possession de notre chambre. Literie confortable, climatisation, salle bains correctement équipée : nous avons passé une nuit reposante. Points d’amélioration : du savon à côté du lavabo, et un distributeur de boissons peu rempli."

"The location was good, easy walking, parking across the street. The only issue was it was a top floor room without air-conditioning. To be fair, it was much warmer than usual in the area. "

"A friendly and helpful welcome to the Hotel and soon booked into our room and explained where to park our vehicle once we had unloaded. The hotel has a very traditional feel downstairs, charming. The corridors and the rooms themselves were decorated in a very dark scheme, which even with the lights on was a little difficult to always see well.
