"It was a nice property overall, but I must point out a few items that might be of interest to others. I was disappointed to learn that the actual property I would be staying in was 0.4 miles away, in a completely different building than the one whose charming facade was pictured in the advertisement. It was on the 3rd floor with no elevator, which became tiresome during the 10 days I was there, especially if I had to return for something. The room was nice but the walls were very thin - I was woken up once by revelers on the street below and heard almost every word of the next door neighbor's conversation. And when anyone clonked up and down the stairs, the sound (and conversation) was particularly intrusive (I wish guests would be asked not to converse in the hallway). I had some difficulty getting the fan to provide white noise. I had no room service for my 10 days in the property; this wasn't an issue for me (I didn't actually ask for room service) but it might be for others. Although I booked the room through Expedia, I received an email 2 days before arriving that I had to pay in full 24 hours before arriving because of the Boston Marathon which I did, but could have potentially lost the booking had I not checked my email. The television had way too many channels. Sorry for the complaints. "

"The property is not disabled or family friendly. Only for backpackers. Literally just for people with backpacks, with no luggages, no wheelchair, no strollers. Don't be fooled by elevator note on their property details. Yes there is an elevator, but there ARE stairs at the lobby before you can get to the elevator. They have wheelchair lift but they said it is broken and we did not see them make an effort to fix it nor offer any help for the 3 nights we are in there. The faucet water is a joke. You turn it on just to get cold but the water is super hot, then sometimes super cold even you put it into hot. On the cleaning part, all they do is just change the bedsheets and towels. They don't vacuum or clean at all."
