"This is a beautiful hotel! Clean and comfortable! The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great!!! My ONLY suggestion to you all is to maybe consider offering rooms to families with children maybe on the first floor! A family was placed in a room on the 3rd floor and the children appeared to not have any home training WHATSOEVER! The parent allowed them to jump off the beds and run all night long! It’s very disturbing to other guest! This went on til 1:00 AM!!!!! I sent a message to the staff/ manager and nothing was done I don’t believe! Other than that, my stay was very nice! The hotel and staff had nothing to do with children not having home training and knowing how to act and treat others property with respect! "

"Elevator advertised however staff refused to operate elevator for me even though they knew I am handicapped. I asked for a room on a lower floor and they refused. Mattress and box spring placed on floor. Staff entered room to snoop each time I left, they even left the door unlocked. Staff did not inform me of UPS package pickup so they could keep items after I checked out. Infested with Bed Bugs. Someone from the staff followed me around town on my errands. Police told me it was condemned to be closed in 2 weeks - -and there was a sign that said something about it but it was still open. "
