"We loved the hotel and location. Sauna was out of order for couple of days which was a shame and for the last 3 days they didn’t provide us with fresh towels in the afternoon which was a bit disappointing but we enjoyed our stay. Pool area isn’t big enough for the hotel so summer time probably will be a problem to get a place as it does get busy. We thought it’s was adults only hotel but it’s not the case. "Très bon accueil, avec sourire et rapidité. Service courtois et chambre toujours bien nettoyée durant notre séjour de 6 nuits. Hôtel à l’extérieur du Centre mais à distance de marche et aussi transport en commun et train pour Elche, tout près. Seul bémol, l’insonorisation quelque peu déficiente. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour."
