"We stayed at The Level on the fifth floor and the room was spectacular. The views, the service the amenities were wonderful. The breakfast with the live show was a real treat..! "Absolute amazing stay with great breakfast, lovely room, great front desk and fantastic sauna. Only thing I would say is please get satellite or cable tv for UK guests, one whole week of just BBC and ITV channels was challenging and we can't stream stuff due to idiot Brexit decision."

"We had a lovely big room overlooking the Marina. Amazing views! Bed was very comfortable,and slept really well. Great Rainshower with constant hot water. The only negative was the food in the restaurant,very disappointing. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend."

"The room was lovely and clean with a nice big TV. Kettle available for the room at reception which is great as I love a cup of tea. Breakfast brilliant, great choice and wine also. Only fault was the loud drilling and banging from building works below our room which on some days started as early as 8am . I feel we should have been made aware of this building work prior to booking and rooms on the floors above should not be used as this was very loud and woke us up. Staff polite and friendly...
