"This is a beautiful, new hotel with spacious rooms and a great size balcony. Decor was very neutral and beachy which fits the setting it’s in. Pool towels are provided, and can be changed daily at reception. Towels for showering were also changed daily. Water is provided free of charge every day in the room, and the cleaning was to a very high standard. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room, as well as a mini fridge and safe. Only drawback to our room was that the bathroom door appeared to be too large for the frame, but this is only minor and we reported it on checkout. Contrary to other reviews, breakfast was a very good selection of fruits, continental cheeses and meats, hot cooked options (including hashbrowns, eggs, bacon, sausages), pastries, cakes and cereals. We never had to wait to be seated, and the staff turned round tables quickly. The swimming pool area was well landscaped with a good amount of single sunbeds, as well as bean bags and double cabana style sunbeds. The pool water is rather cold which is a shame, but again only a minor issue. The poolside bar had a good selection of drinks, lunch dishes and ice creams, and the staff were very attentive ☺️ The spa area was okay, with a sauna, steamroom, showers and a indoor pool (which again was rather cold). It was disappointing that on one of the days there was a large group of young boys being extremely loud and splashing/ diving in which did take away from the relaxing environment you would ex"

"The hotel is well maintained and I was pleased that the room I stayed in was true to size. Hotel amenities are great, and you can find local bars, eateries, and a supermarket less than 15 mins walk from the hotel. Old town is a 10-15 min drive away. The walking bridge to Falesia beach was super convenient and I was very pleased with how easy the route was to access the beach. I was slightly disappointed and shocked by the lack of female sanitary products available in and around the hotel. This is rarely an issue I face at other hotels. I also would've appreciated knowing the reservation policy for the hotel restaurants, as they encourage that all reservations are made at least 2 days in advance. Unfortunately, this meant that the Italian restaurant at PortoBay Falesia was completely booked out by the time I arrived."

"Excellent hotel, bed and pillows very comfortable, spotlessly clean, great location and facilities. We were given a small breakfast box as we had an early flight which was much appreciated. Rooftop area is fab for a drink, we didn’t eat in restaurant but the food looked impressive."
