"Terceira for the first time, having done Ponta Delgada last year. Book Hotel a great choice. Stylish, nicely planned space. Building works going on to extend the hotel created a little nuisance but not too bad if you're out all day. Staff excellent with special mention to Soynia on reception for going above and beyond. Breakfast good, but a little samey after 4 days. Room perfect. "

"This is truly the most amazing location in Graff. You are right on the water with the view over the harbor and boat there you are walking distance to all the best restaurants in Agra. Would they lack in services and breakfast options it more than makes up for in location. There is a restaurant upstairs where you also have breakfast, which has an extra extraordinary view. "Property itself was good. Breakfast was very good. My only complaint is the parking situation and the underground parking is terrible ( my opinion), very steep and narrow. Very dark, there were absolutely no lights underground. I’m a female who travelled solo, so this is very important to me. Otherwise it’s a great location. "

"Mold in first room and a mold smell, they moved me to another room that also had mold but I dealt with it because there was no smell. Very mediocre breakfast for the price they charge. Staff not very friendly and I didn’t feel the location was super safe as other people staying left the front door open late at night and I could hear men screaming in the lobby almost every night. Probably not great for solo travellers, in hindsight I would spend a bit more money to get a safer place. "
